hello

One of my greatest joys in life is creating special places for people to be honest with God and themselves and be received with compassion and love. I am both a tender heart and sturdy soul, capable of being truly “with” another in joy and pain.​ With many years of deconstruction, reconstruction, all the constructions (!) under my belt, I have faced my fare share of hard questions and have been known to encourage others to ask some of their own. I also know how helpful an outside voice can be—to bring fresh challenge or a new way of seeing that can unlock further healing and growth. I found spiritual direction at a time of profound upheaval. My director was a lifeline, showing me a different way of being with God in doubt and grief. She mirrored God's compassion and love--I remember feeling so relieved that she was never shocked by me! But normalized my process and gave me permission and courage to move forward. I now consider it a privilege to give this gift to others.

I've lived in Southwest Missouri, Orange County, CA, Denver, CO and am now back where I grew up in the city of St. Louis. I live with my husband, two young kiddos, and a pet rabbit (it's a whole thing!). I also enjoy doing yoga, reading, and hosting friends for dinner.
